Soccer cleats traditionally have very poor arch support and she suffers from fallen arches as well as "loose" knees. The Rocktape helps keep her feet properly aligned with the rest of her leg to improve her kinetic link and ultimately her power. ACL tears are all too common in girls soccer and this taping procedure along with core strengthening will help prevent these athletes from injuring their knees.
