Feel the Cumulative Benefits of Massage at South West Health

by Jaemie Ashworth, CMT

Massage has many benefits for the body including pain relief, lowered blood pressure, stress reduction, improved immune system response and a reduction in anxiety and depression. massagetherapy

A greater sense of well being is often generated within one massage session, however, where the most benefit is felt with continued therapy. The therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative.  With each session the massage therapist helps guide the body to heal and get closer and closer to wellness.  Wellness is better achieved from a state of less stress, less anxiety, less pain and less inflammation. Patients often stop their massage treatment when the pain is gone. Pain is often a last resort for the body, so you may not know you need a massage if there is no pain signal being generated. That is why we are creating an incentive to encourage our patients to complete their treatment, and prevent the same problem from reoccuring.

In order to help our patients feel the cumulative benefits of massage we are offering a $10 scheduling incentive for future appointments.

Here is how our program works:

At the end of your next massage therapy session, stop by the front desk and schedule a future 60 minute massage appointment.  If you keep that future appointment you will receive a $10 discount at the end of that session.  Canceling or rescheduling the appointment will forfeit the discount.  This scheduling incentive cannot be combined with other discounts.

Give your body all the tools you can to achieve wellness.  Schedule your next massage therapy session at South West Health today! Call 949.631.5226 ext 10
