This 5,000 year old art is brought up-to-date and can help to center your mind, body, and soul through its 3 main structures; exercise, breathing, and meditation. Yoga exercises are all designed to place pressure on the various glandular systems in your body thereby increasing efficiency and total health. Accepting that your breath is the source of life, breathing exercises that increase breath control are practiced. When these two systems of exercise and breathing are combined they prepare the mind for the third discipline, meditation. Though meditation a student finds an easy approach for quieting ones mind allowing for silence and healing the everyday ravages of stress. With a regular regiment that includes these basic structures a clear, bright mind and strong, capable body will be yours for a lifetime.
